WHEREAS, on November 4, 1975 and December 16, 1975 the Zoning Board of
A eals conducted a (": pp public hearing upon the application of Edward J. Noonan,
!,James Flanagan, and Thomas Graham, as beneficiaries of the First National Bank
land Trust Company of Evanston, Trust No. R-1744, for a special use to allow .

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

s; SECTION 1: That the application of Edward J. Noonan, James Flanagan,

and Thomas Graham, as beneficiaries of the First National
{.Bank and Trust Company of Evanston, Trust No. R-1744, for a special use to
allow an eating establishment which shall serve food in the open courtyard area
;on the property located 835-51 Chicago Avenue and 51(6-34 Main Street, all in
Jvanston, Illinois, and legally described as

(; Lots 1, 2, and 3 in Block 11 in White's Addition to Evanston in
Section 19, Township 41 North, Range 14 East ,of the Third Principal
Meridian in Cook County, Illinois

'Iis hereby granted, subject to compliance with all other provisions of the
17_oning Ordinance and other applicable laws all in auocordance with the recommenda-�

?tions of the Zoning Board of Appeals. 4

kjSECTION 2: The Director of Inspections and'. !Permits is hereby ordered
+� and directed to grant such perm;ii.ts as shall be required to
effectuate the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be in full` 'force and effect from and
after its passage and approval 5,n the manner provided by
law.
