Home My WebLink AboutORDINANCES-2011-114-O-110 Effective Date: February 1, 2012 114-0-11 AN ORDINANCE Amending Section 10-11-12, Schedule XII, of the Evanston City Code, 1979 12/6/11 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION 1: That the Evanston City Code, 1979, as amended, be and hereby is further amended by deleting Section 10-11-12, Schedule XII, PARKING METER ZONES, in its entirety and substituting in lieu thereof the following new Section 10-11-12: • 10-11-12: SCHEDULE XII; PARKING METER ZONES: In accordance with Section 10-5-1 of this Title, parking meters having the following rates, time limits, and hours of operation are to be installed on the following streets or portions of streets or parking lots described below. Meter rates, maximum parking time limits, and hours of operation are to be in effect on all days except Sundays, New Year's Day, the official Monday observance of Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
