Schroder, Beneficiaries, for Variations from the Front Yard, Side Yard, Garage Set -Back, Lot Area, Off -Street Parking and Conversion Provisions at 1311-17 Chicago Avenue WHEREAS, on December 17, 1974 and January 21, 1975, the Zoning Board of Appeals conducted a public hearing upon the application of the.National Boule- vard Bank of Chicago, as Trustee under Trust No. 299, John A., Charles E., Rich- ard T., James M. and Nancy A. Schroder, Beneficiaries, for variations from the front yard, side yard, garage set -back, lot area, off-street parking and conver- sion provisions of the Zoning Ordinance, as they apply to the premises located at 1311-17 Chicago Avenue, Evanston, Illinois, in an R6 General Residence Dis- trict; said public hearing having been conducted pursuant to notice and publica- tion thereof as provided by law; and granted; WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended that such relief be NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVAN- STON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION 1: That the application of the National Boulevard Bank, as Trustee under Trust No. 299, John A., Charles E., Richard T., James M., and Nancy A. Schroder, Beneficiaries, for variations from the front yard, side yard, garage set -back, lot area, off-street parking and conver- sion provisions of the Zoning Ordinance, to make legal past or future conver- sions of rooming units so as to authorize a total of no more than 36 dwelling units in the building, plus no more than two rooming units, at their option or property located at 1311-17 Chicago Avenue and legally described as: Lot 12 in Block 38 in Evanston, in Section 18 Township 41 North, Range 14, East of the Third _ Principal Meridian; also, Lot 13 in Block 38 in Evanston, according to the map thereof re- corded February 11, 1868, as document 158723, book 166 of maps, page 27, in Section 18, Town- ship 41 North, Range 14 East of the Third Prin- cipal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois, be granted, subject to compliance with all other provisions of the Zoning Ordi- nance and other applicable laws. 12-0-75 r . -2- - ' SECTION 2: That any portions of ordinance 8-0-72 in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 3: The Director of Inspections and Permits is hereby ordered and directed to grant such permits as shall be required to effectuate the provisions of this ordinance. SECTION 4: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
