Schulz { (Contract Purchasers) Relating to the [, Property Located at 1453 Ridge Avenue, Evanston Illinois WHEREAS, on May 20, 1975, June 17, 1975, July 15, 1975, and August f !; 19, 1975, the Zoning Board of Appeals conducted a public hearing upon the Ef f application of Harold 0. Schulz and Rosemary J. Schulz (Contract Purchasers) i1 for variations from the control over use, control over bulk, conversion and fi s; non -conforming building structure and use regulations of the Evanston Zoning E: �j !'. Ordinance, adopted November 21, 1960, as they apply to the property located #j at 1453 Ridge Avenue, Evanston, Illinois, an R1 Single Family Residence District, said public hearing having been conducted pursuant to notice and publication !i S ?! thereof as provided by law; and ' WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals has recommended that such relief ;i '; be granted: i F` NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF F: EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION 1: That the application of Harold 0. Schulz and Rosemary J. , Schulz (Contract Purchasers) for variations from the } control over use, control over bulk, conversion, and non -conforming building structure and use regulations of the Zoning Ordinance to permit relocation of a cellar dwelling unit to another location in the building and alterations E; + to the other six dwelling units on the property located at 1453 Ridge Avenue k� 1 and legally described as E Lot 12 (except the East 69.39 feet thereof) in Block 55 in Evanston, Illinois, said Evanston being a Subdivision in the West one-half of the Southwest one quarter of Section 18, Township 41 North, Range 14, East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, Illinois is hereby granted subject to compliance with all other provisions of the Zoning Ordinance, other applicable laws and the condition that the proposed remodeling conform to the plans submitted to the Zoning Board of Appeals and f ` I identified as Exhibit No. 3, all in accordance with the recommendations of 1:,the Zoning Board of Appeals. ` ;+ f kl 84-0-75 -2- i; SECTION 2: The Director of Inspections and Permits is hereby ordered and directed to grant such permits as shall be required to effectuate provisions of this ordinance.
