AN ORDINANCE
Amending Title 10, Chapter 11, Section 9, Schedule I(X)
"Parking Prohibited at Certain Times"
NOW BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS, THAT:
SECTION 1: City Code Section 10-11-9 Schedule IX "Parking Prohibited
at Certain Times", of the Evanston City Code of 2012, as amended, is hereby further
amended to add a portion of Hartrey Avenue, and read as follows:
10-11-9. - SCHEDULE IX, Parking Prohibited at Certain Times
In accordance with the provisions of Section 10-4-15-4 of this Title, parking shall
be prohibited during the hours and upon the days indicated upon the following
streets or portions thereof:
FF 9:00 pm to 6:00 am daily, no exceptions
Milburn Street South side
Hartrev West side
Avenue
Sheridan Road to dead end east
Cleveland Street to Oakton Street

SECTION 2: The findings and recitals contained herein are declared to be
prima facie evidence of the law of the City and shall be received in evidence as
provided by the Illinois Compiled Statutes and the courts of the State of Illinois.
SECTION 3: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law.
SECTION 5: If any provision of this Ordinance or application thereof to
any person or circumstance is held unconstitutional or otherwise invalid, such invalidity
shall not affect other provisions or applications of this Ordinance that can be given effect
without the invalid application or provision, and each invalid application of this
Ordinance is severable.
