Home My WebLink AboutORDINANCES-2019-031-O-193/28/2019 4/26/2019 31-0-19 AN ORDINANCE Amending Title 10, Chapter 11, Section 12 "Parking Meter Zones" NOW BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION 1: City Code Section 10-11-12(A), of the Evanston City Code of 2012, as amended, is hereby further amended to read as follows: (A) Two (2) hour maximum parking limit at a rate of one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per hour, effective March 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019 and commencing on January, 2020, the rate will be two dollars ($2.00) per hour, between the hours of eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. to nine o'clock (9:00) P.M. SECTION 9: This Ordinance 31-0-19 shall be in full force and effect on June 1, 2019, after its passage, approval, and publication in the manner provided by law. SECTION 10: If any provision of this ordinance or application thereof to any person or circumstance is ruled unconstitutional or otherwise invalid, such invalidity —7— 31-0-19 shall not affect other provisions or applications of this ordinance that can be given effect without the invalid application or provision, and each invalid provision or invalid application of this ordinance is severable.
