HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCES-2020-057-O-207/28/20 9/15/20 57-0-20 AN ORDINANCE Amending City Code Section 10-11-12 "Parking Zones" Adding Section XII(J) - Electronic Vehicle Charging Stations NOW BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS, THAT: SECTION 1: City Code Section 10-11-12 "Parking Zones" of the !Evanston City Code of 2012, as amended, is hereby further amended to add Section XII(J) to read as follows: (J) Three (3) hour maximum Darkina limit at the rate of one dollar ($1.00) Der hour for Darkina and use of the Citv's electric vehicle charaina stations. between the hours of eiaht o'clock (8:00) A.M. to nine o'clock (9:00) P.M. SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect beginning January 1, 2021. SECTION 5: If any provision of this Ordinance or application thereof to any person or circumstance is held unconstitutional or otherwise invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of this Ordinance that can be given effect without the invalid application or provision, and each invalid application of this Ordinance is severable.
