To Maintain the Existing Encroachment of Foundation Walls at 800 Davis Street WHEREAS, Optima, Inc. requests an easement from the City of Evanston to maintain the existing encroachment of foundation walls at 800 Davis Street; and WHEREAS, Optima, Inc. requests an easement from the City of Evanston for use of the existing sidewalk vault at 800 Davis Street; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it would be in the best interest • of the City to enter said Agreement, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION 1: That the City Manager is hereby authorized to sign and the City Clerk hereby authorized to attest to an Easement Agreement with Optima, Inc. to maintain the existing encroachment of foundation walls at 800 Davis Street attached as Exhibit A. SECTION 2: That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to negotiate any additional conditions of the Easement Agreement as may be determined to be in the best interests of the City.
