• A RESOLUTION
Authorizing the Issuance of a
Reserved Residential Wheelchair -Bound
Motor Vehicle Parking Space Permit
to Mrs. Gertrude Vernon
WHEREAS, The City Council, pursuant to Title 10, Chapter 4, Section it of
the City Code of the City of Evanston, may issue by Resolution a Reserved
Residential Wheelchair -Bound Motor Vehicle Parking Space Permit; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that Mrs. Gertrude Vernon satisfies the
conditions set forth in Section 10-4-11(B)3 and is eligible to obtain a Reserved
Residential Wheelchair -Bound Motor Vehicle Parking Space Permit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVANSTON,
COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1: That a Reserved Residential Wheelchair -Bound Motor Vehicle
Parking Space Permit shall be issued to:
Mrs. Gertrude Vernon, at 1001 Brown Avenue, Evanston, Illinois.

SECTION 2: That the City Manager or his designee shall determine the
location for said Reserved Residential Wheelchair -Bound Motor Vehicle Parking
Space and cause signs to be erected designating such space.
SECTION 3: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
