OA RESOLUTION
Designating Signatories for Checks
or Warrants Drawn Against the
Ambulance Receipts and Refund Account
WHEREAS, all checks and warrants drawn upon the Ambulance
Receipts and Refund Account are required to be signed by one of the
officials designated below; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable to designate
signatories for the Ambulance Receipts and Refund Account,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION 1. That the individuals holding the following
positions with the City of Evanston are authorized signatories of
checks and warrants drawn upon the Ambulance Receipts and Refund
Account:
City Manager
Finance Director
• Accounting Manager
Payroll Manager
City Clerk
Such checks and warrants shall require one of the signatures
authorized herein.
SECTION 2. That a copy of this Resolution be
transmitted to the financial institutions.
SECTION 3. That this Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after the date of its passage and approval in
the manner provided by law.
