HomeMy WebLinkAbout109-R-1811 /27/2018 109-R-18 A RESOLUTION Authorizing the City Manager to Negotiate and Execute an Easement for Existing Sidewalk in the Alley Adjacent to 324 Dempster Street NOW BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVANSTON, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS, THAT: SECTION 1: The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an Easement Agreement with the owner of the property located at 324 Dempster Street (the "Subject Property") for the City to grant an easement for the existing sidewalk in the alley of the Subject Property. The Plat of Easement is attached hereto as Exhibit 1 and incorporated herein by reference. SECTION 2: The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to negotiate any additional conditions of the Easement Agreement as he may determine to be in the best interests of the City and in a form acceptable to the Corporation Counsel. SECTION 3: Resolution 109-R-18 shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
